* Do we need to book for Pick Your Own Strawberries?
No, PYO is available 7 days from 8.30am-4.30pm during the season, see opening hours (left) for current information.

* Is there any entry costs?
No, we do not charge an entry fee.

* Can we eat in the patch?
As we only charge you for the fruit you pick we do not allow eating in the patch. You are more than welcome to stay and eat your strawberries after you have paid.

* How do we get there? Where are you?
Click on the 'Locations' page of our site and use the interactive map to find us. Unfortunately there is no public transport available.

* How much does Pick Your Own cost?
PYO prices change depending on the current market price. We weigh the strawberries and you pay a per/kg rate when you are finished picking.

Strawberry Fields are family owned and run Strawberry Farms with two locations in Queensland, Australia. Our yummy fresh strawberries are now available all year round. We aim to give locals and tourists the opportunity to observe a working commercial strawberry farm and pick their own delicious fresh strawberries straight from the patch. Both farms have free admission, making Strawberry Fields an affordable day out for the family.

Our Sunshine Coast Farm is located along the old Cob & Co Route, now called Laxton Road, Palmview and is just east of Aussie World off the Bruce Highway. The farm has been run by the Carmichael Family since 1980, and has been open to the public most of that time. Our Sunshine Coast Farm is now open all year, with our season running from June to November and yummy fresh strawberries from our Granite Belt Farm available in the off season. Pick your own or buy fresh from the Packing Shed.

Palmview, Sunshine Coast treats tour groups to yummy BBQ lunches and Devonshire Teas finishing with an industry talk and strawberry taste testers! We also offer fun educational tours for school groups and vacation care outings and have an outdoor, healthy option for children’s birthday parties with our birthday party packages.

Palmview, Sunshine Coast have a fun tractor playground for the kids and picnic tables for you to relax and enjoy the picturesque settings. Yummy strawberry treats including our homemade strawberry ice cream and sumptuous pancakes with fresh strawberries, ice cream and cream are available from the shop, along with a range of Strawberry Fields’ merchandise.

Our Granite Belt Farm is located just off the New England Highway at Stanthorpe. This farm has been operating since 2008 and is open during the season November to May. Locals and tourists are welcome to come enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and PYO Strawberries fresh from the patch or buy them freshly packed from the cafe. Stanthorpe offers a range of yummy treats, including our homemade ice cream and a range of Strawberry Fields merchandise.
